Flat 1 is based on two people sharing for one week
Flats 2 and 3 are based on up to four people (with room for more people to stay if necessary.) sharing for one week
BOOKING CONDITIONS
1. The Balance of your account is payable 21 DAYS before your holiday is due to commence or the holiday will be cancelled, and the deposit forfeited.
2. ONLY the persons listed on the reservation form may use the accommodation.
3. Should the holiday be cancelled, the hirer will be held responsible for the full amount of the booking unless the accommodation is re-let. The 25% deposit, however, is non-returnable; guests are therefore, recommended to insure against this possibility. Forms are supplied with your invoice.
4. The person making the reservation must be 21 years of age or over.
5. The capacity of the flat MUST NOT be exceeded.
6. PETS welcome by prior arrangement only.
7. Breakages or damages must be payed for
8. Your flat will be available from 3.00 p.m onwards. unless by prior arrangement. The flat must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure.
9. Charges are from Saturday to Saturday, Mid-week bookings are acceptable early and late season if they're available.
10. The Proprietors shall not be liable to any person for any personal injury, or loss of, or damage to property, however caused or sustained.
11. Parking in the Car Park is entirely at owners risk, the Proprietors will not be held liable for any theft or damage to vehicles whatsoever.
12. The managers discression is final at all times.
13. All prices in the table a subject to change.
14. Towels are available for hire at £1 per towel per week with a returnable deposit on departure.
15. All items in flat remain property of the Mandalay and cannot be removed at any time.
16. At no time should washing be placed on the balconies to dry, a washing line is provided in the garden for your convinience.
17. Room contents and furniture is subject to reasonable change at any time without any notice.
